#1 Specially developed sole

For the via ferrata we developed the sole Pinter exclusively with Vibram®. The light PU midsole reinforces the sole and at the same time cushions for a firm and stable climb in rocky terrain. At the same time it is more durable than conventional EVA soles, which are otherwise frequently used in this area of application. It retains its stability even after numerous tours in rocky terrain.

#2 Alpine test-winner

The Super Ferrata GTX also convinced in the product test of the magazine "Alpin" and received the rating "very good". Above all, the testers rated the exceptionally high level of comfort as excellent. The shoe also received full points in the categories rolling behaviour, grip and sole grip.

#3 Highly functional & visually appealing

A combination of Perwanger suede with Cordura mesh fabric in the upper material makes the shoe robust and hard-wearing. With the GORE-TEX membrane, the via ferrata shoe is also waterproof and breathable. All the better if, despite all the technological use of materials, the look is not neglected, so that the shoe is also a real fashion highlight.

#4 Toe cap as protection against abrasion

On steep sections of rock, a toe cap made of the plastic TPU protects the shoe from wear and tear. It is lighter and more durable than a comparable toe cap made of rubber.
